Your order will be delivered in a temperature-controlled box by a courier service. The box keeps the meat cold and safe for at least 24 hours, so you don’t need to be at home to receive it. 

Please give clear instructions when ordering where we can securely leave the parcel if you are not at home, i.e. with a neighbour, in the garage or porch etc. Please ensure you provide a daytime telephone / mobile number so that we can call or notify you or the person at the delivery address if we need clarification when delivering your order.

The box is made of cardboard which we would encourage you to recycle. The liner inside the box is polystyrene is not unfortunately recyclable, but we are working earnestly at finding more sustainable solutions.

Delivery slots:

Order online to be delivered to your home (or work!) address.

A minimum period of 6 full working days is required to prepare and deliver your order. If you require your order urgently or by a certain date please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Charges:

Throughout England and Wales, Tuesday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. Deliveries to Scotland are possible, please enquire.

Weekday delivery (Tuesday to Friday):
For orders over £100, delivery is FREE.
£25 to £100, the delivery cost is £6
For orders of less than £25, the delivery cost is £9.95

Saturday delivery:
Saturday delivery plus £15 to all the above

Delivery queries or concerns

Please inform us by calling the farm office on 01730 821062 as soon as possible if your order is not delivered on the pre-agreed delivery date by 5pm.

 

Due to the fresh nature of the products we cannot accept returns or refund purchases when our carrier is unable to deliver in the event that no one is available to accept the order and no alternative delivery instructions can be carried out. This can be avoided by ensuring you have given clear instructions, when placing your order, where we can leave your delivery should no one be at home when we attempt the delivery. In the event of extreme weather conditions, we will undertake to deliver your order as soon as possible after the delivery date.
